DHKN Group is a chartered accountancy and financial services firm with offices in Galway and Dublin that had expanded through acquisition and was struggling with dispersed paper records, multiple business processes and rising warehouse rental costs. To meet legal retention obligations, reduce overheads and speed document retrieval, DHKN Group engaged Kefron to provide document scanning, an electronic document management system (Canon Therefore via Kefron Digital), off‑site storage (Kefron Filestores) and scheduled shredding.

Kefron consolidated, transported and scanned DHKN’s files, uploaded them to the Canon Therefore EDMS and integrated records with DHKN’s CRM, while managing secure off‑site storage and a regular shredding programme. The work cut retrieval time from up to two hours to a “click of a button,” enabled physical file returns within 24 hours, moved over a thousand archive boxes to Filestores, reduced administration/paper costs by an estimated 25%, eliminated warehouse rental overheads and helped DHKN achieve ISO quality certification — all delivered under Kefron’s certified secure processes.
