Technology Did It, a managed services provider, helped a US government supplier that was vulnerable to ransomware because Microsoft’s built-in versioning and recycling bins were not sufficient for full data protection. The customer needed a more reliable third-party cloud backup solution, and Keepit was introduced as the backup and recovery platform.

Using Keepit, the supplier restored its data back to SharePoint after a Conti ransomware attack and recovered all data in about 30 minutes. Keepit enabled the organization to return to business as usual by Monday morning, minimizing downtime and helping protect the data from the ransomware attack.
