CHASIN - Customer Case Study

CHASIN, a leading Dutch men's jeans brand, faced the challenge of improving internal communication, employee engagement, and compliance during a period of significant change for both customers and staff. To navigate these challenges, including pandemic restrictions, they partnered with Keephub to find a suitable solution.

Keephub implemented its platform to connect the teams, providing features like news feeds, polls, task lists, and manuals. A key part of their solution was an appointments module, which allowed customers to book in-store visits for browsing or to collect Click & Collect orders. Keephub trained the staff to ensure they could get the most out of the platform, successfully launching the project in March 2021 as part of the brand's broader digital transformation strategy.
