Ravensburger Solves the Password Puzzle with Keeper Security

Ravensburger, the German toy and publishing company, needed a better way to manage passwords across offices, production sites, and teams around the world. Its help desk was spending significant time on password-related and user authentication tickets, while employees were using pen and paper or browser password managers that created security gaps. The company also needed a solution that could integrate with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure) and be simple enough for employees to use.

Ravensburger adopted Keeper Security to standardize password management with KeeperFill browser support, MFA and SSO options, and centralized user management. The solution was rolled out beyond IT to departments including marketing, accounting, finance, and business intelligence, helping reduce password-related support tickets and improve secure collaboration on shared accounts and records. Ravensburger also enabled BreachWatch for dark web monitoring, and the company said Keeper improved password management and raised security awareness across the organization.
