Keeper Protects The Cybercrime Support Network From Cyberattacks

Cybercrime Support Network (CSN) is the U.S. non-profit that helps consumers and small-to-medium businesses recover from and report cybercrime. As CSN grew from a single founder to dozens of employees, CEO Kristin Judge needed a comprehensive but highly user-friendly password manager to enforce good password hygiene across many non-technical staff. After evaluating options, CSN selected Keeper Security’s password management platform (including Keeper Vaults and related services) for its ease of use and zero-knowledge encryption.

Keeper Security deployed the Keeper Vaults, provided hands-on onboarding and ongoing support, and enabled features like shared team folders, secure file sharing, stored 2FA codes, and audit trails for compliance. The implementation streamlined employee onboarding (preloaded vaults on new laptops), simplified secure document exchange, improved password sharing and offboarding controls, and made compliance reporting easier — all while increasing adoption among non-technical staff. Keeper Security continues to support CSN and is being rolled out with additional features such as BreachWatch to monitor for compromised credentials.
