La Cinémathèque links 180 users’ exhibition media with Keepeek since 2015

The Cinémathèque Française needed to efficiently manage hundreds of images and associated data for its exhibition projects without creating a cumbersome and duplicative system. Their challenge was to link this extensive media library with their in-house exhibition project management application, Tiger, while ensuring both systems remained performant and up-to-date. They utilized the Keepeek digital asset management platform and its API to solve this problem.

Keepeek's API enabled a seamless integration between the two systems. All images are stored and served from Keepeek into Tiger, ensuring fast loading times and eliminating data duplication. When media is added via Tiger, it is automatically transferred to Keepeek, which remains the single source of truth for images. Conversely, a nightly automated job updates Keepeek with any new data from Tiger. This solution provided the Cinémathèque's 180 users with two high-performance, interconnected tools that streamlined their workflow and facilitated the creation of successful exhibitions.
