HELP Auckland, a crisis intervention nonprofit supporting survivors of sexual abuse in New Zealand, needed a better way to retain donors and grow resources to keep expanding its community services. To improve fundraising and communications, the organization turned to Keela, using its CRM, email marketing, donation forms, reporting, and automation tools.
With Keela, HELP Auckland segmented supporters for more targeted outreach, simplified recurring giving through donation forms, and improved donor stewardship with better reporting and automation. The results included a 58% increase in recurring donors, a 60% increase in supporters, a 46% average email open rate, and 146 new donors acquired through Keela’s email marketing tool.
