Sklizeno, a Czech healthy-living grocery chain, needed a better way to manage rapid store expansion and improve operational effectiveness across purchasing, sales, labor, and rent. With Keboola, Sklizeno built business-focused reporting and analytics for metrics like sales per employee, stocktaking, product assortment, and store benchmarking. The results included much faster reporting, stronger fact-based decision-making, and concrete gains such as identifying stores with the best and worst labor effectiveness (CZK 300,000 vs. CZK 83,000 sales per employee) and spotting problems in inventory control and store layout.
