Integrating a huge number of marketing sources into CRM

DXC, a global IT services and professional services company, needed a way to unify marketing performance data from 50+ sources across sales and marketing teams. Working with Keboola, it set out to answer questions about how marketing efforts affected sales, how digital properties performed, and how spend translated into revenue, using a dashboard that could be accessed as a stand-alone app and via Salesforce.

Keboola connected DXC’s disparate tools into a single dataset, using native connectors, APIs, custom connections, and Redshift-based transformations to support daily snapshots, data-health checks, and BI integration. The project was delivered in 90 days and helped DXC achieve 206% growth in marketing qualified leads, while also reducing manual reporting work and contributing to an award-winning digital marketing analytics program.
