Hello bank!, the retail banking arm of BNP Paribas, needed a better way to understand and optimize its digital marketing performance. Its team was stuck with fragmented data across ad platforms, Excel files, and offline channels, making attribution difficult and limiting visibility into which campaigns actually drove financed business. Hello bank! turned to Keboola to move beyond last-click reporting and centralize its marketing and CRM data.

Using Keboola as an “external data warehouse,” Hello bank! built an internal platform that aggregated sources including Sklik, AdWords, DoubleClick, CRM data, SMS campaigns, NPS, and other external inputs. The result was a much clearer view of conversion paths and business outcomes: the bank discovered that some channels generated around 10% of digital applications but less than 1% of financed conversions. Keboola also enabled faster reporting, reduced reliance on IT, and helped Hello bank! expand into broader data enrichment projects.
