Firehouse Subs worked with Keboola to tackle a common analytics challenge: too many disconnected data sources and logins made it hard for franchisees to see the full picture of restaurant performance. The company needed a consolidated way to review sales and operational data, and it used Keboola’s support to build the “Station Pulse” business intelligence dashboard, embedded in the Francannect platform for franchise users.
Keboola helped design and implement the dashboard from the early brainstorming stage through rollout and training. The solution combined daily sales, voice-of-customer, social media, and weather data into one scorecard of 10 key metrics, giving Firehouse Subs a clearer view of performance against regional and network-wide benchmarks. The dashboard was adopted from general managers to the C-suite and helped the company win a Break-Through Award in the Enterprise Innovator category.
