CSC partnered with Keboola to tackle the challenge of consolidating a complex marketing ecosystem of 50+ tools and data sources into one centralized place for KPIs and insights. The goal was to give sales and marketing teams a single, easy-to-use view of marketing performance instead of relying on scattered systems and manual Excel/PowerPoint reporting.
Keboola helped CSC build a “Global Marketing Dashboard” delivered as a stand-alone application and through Salesforce, integrating data from sources including SFDC, Eloqua, Conductor, Adobe Social, Adobe Analytics, and many others. The result was a collaborative, award-winning solution with thousands of employees gaining access and adoption continuing to rise, while enabling a more unified and measurable approach to marketing analytics.
