Milkhouse Candles, founded by Eric and Janet Sparrow in 2002 in Iowa, grew from kitchen-table sales into the largest soy candle manufacturer in the U.S. As the business scaled, the Sparrows needed an online presence and a CRM-driven way to manage prospects, automate outreach, and build long-term customer relationships without competing with the retailers that carried their products.
Working with Keap and partner GetUWired, Milkhouse implemented automated, segmented email campaigns, internal task reminders, and the Snap app to capture and route leads. Using prebuilt campaign templates and advanced automations, the team improved follow-up, increased sales and customer acquisition, and solidified Milkhouse’s reputation as the “king of soy”—now coaching other makers and supplying raw materials.
