Infusionsoft Nearly Doubles Revenue for Creative Consulting Agency

Blue Cow Creative is a two-person social media consulting, creative design and video production agency in Coldbrook, Nova Scotia, founded by Shaun Whynacht. Early on Whynacht struggled with multiple disconnected CRM, invoicing, and email tools that wouldn’t communicate, making it impossible to streamline processes or segment and market precisely.

In November 2011 he implemented Infusionsoft to automate communications and free up time to reconnect with existing clients and pursue new projects; within 10 months Blue Cow nearly doubled revenue and saw a 40% increase in email open rates. Whynacht plans to become an Infusionsoft Certified Consultant and expand the agency into a full-service social media division.
