During the pandemic, the company needed a way to capture, nurture, and convert leads online, and turned to Keap’s small business CRM and marketing automation platform to build a more scalable digital sales process.
Keap helped Mindful Performance Blueprint centralize contacts, segment audiences, automate email and text follow-ups, add lead-capture forms, send invoices, and build landing pages and pipelines. As a result, email open rates rose from about 3% to 70%–75%, the contact database grew to more than 40,000, the team tripled in size, and revenue increased from under $100k to half a million and counting.
