Classroom Connect, a business unit of Harcourt, Inc. that provides K–12 professional learning and classroom resources, faced a persistent visibility problem: its JD Edwards ERP handled GL and transactions but couldn’t deliver standard reports or link critical data held in other systems (including Goldmine CRM, headcount records and numerous Excel spreadsheets).
