The customer needed to align many separate initiatives, eliminate silos, and create a more efficient operating model while maintaining safety, sustainability, and a minimal environmental footprint.

KBC A Yokogawa Company developed an operational readiness and change management plan, helping the operator define a clear line of sight strategy, standardize processes, align functional groups, and establish a centralized 24-hour operations control room. The project was completed on time, enabled a seamless transition to the new operating model, improved visibility and control of wells, and increased efficiency in support of the customer’s expansion plans.
