Working on the FCC unit and gas plant, the refinery built a digital twin that improved equipment performance monitoring and feedstock selection, and the operator identified EUR 10 million in annual savings. The more accurate FCC LP sub model helped optimize operations, and the solution was later scaled across other units to sustain ongoing value.
