Swisscontact manages 40,000 trainees with Kaz Software

The customer, Swisscontact, faced the challenge of managing and monitoring its large-scale B-SkillFUL project, which aimed to train 40,000 disadvantaged individuals. They needed a unified platform to handle massive data volumes, track trainee progress, and provide real-time insights for stakeholders and donors. Swisscontact partnered with vendor Kaz Software to build a data-driven Monitoring Information System (MIS) to meet this need.

Kaz Software designed and developed a usability-focused Microsoft .NET web application for Swisscontact. The solution provided tools for trainee management and reporting, optimized for low-bandwidth environments and users with varied technical skills. The implemented system is now used by 29 partner training providers to manage tens of thousands of trainees and generate real-time data for efficient problem-solving and effective decision-making.
