Parallel is a 386-unit mid-rise apartment development in Anaheim, California, where the customer needed construction support and materials for a market-rate project. Katerra worked on the complete project, helping deliver a five-story wrapped wood frame building designed by Architects Orange.

Katerra provided all materials, construction, and management services for Parallel, resulting in a finished community with modern apartments and extensive amenities, including stainless steel appliances, washers and dryers, quartz countertops, ceramic tile backsplashes, and vinyl plank flooring.
