Katerra was selected by Pine Valley Ranch II to provide construction, materials, and management services for a new 132-unit garden-style apartment complex in Spokane, Washington. The challenge was to build a premier residential development in a sought-after neighborhood that offered residents a refreshing approach to apartment living with nature at their doorstep.

Katerra implemented its integrated solution by providing all materials and construction services for the project, which was designed by Bernardo Wills Architects. The result is a new apartment development now in construction that features one-, two-, and three-bedroom units with patios and windows framing views of 56 acres of preserved nature, providing ultimate suburban living for future residents.
