A desert community reborn

Oasis Portfolio, a 13-property apartment portfolio in Las Vegas, Nevada, faced the challenge of updating aging multifamily buildings originally constructed between 1984 and 1998. Katerra provided renovation services and materials to help modernize the properties with a fresh, more contemporary look.

Katerra completed a full unit renovation at four of the properties, removing and replacing all finished goods for a modern facelift. The project helped renew the community and improve the appearance of the portfolio, which includes 3,098 units across the Las Vegas market.
