Case Study: Peace Collective achieves 50% increase in on-demand product range with Katana

A Katana Case Study

Preview of the Peace Collective Case Study

How Peace Collective expanded their on-demand product range by +50% with Katana

Peace Collective, a Toronto-based apparel brand selling across Canada and the U.S., faced the challenge of scaling growth across multiple sales channels while reducing waste and managing a mix of in-house and contract manufacturing. To replace spreadsheet-based processes and support a shift to made-to-order production, Peace Collective chose Katana’s manufacturing ERP to give the team a live view of inventory, production and orders.

Using Katana’s visual production dashboard, Shopify Plus integrations and custom workflows built with partner DataAutomation, Peace Collective automated order routing, tracked raw materials and set reorder points to produce items on demand. With Katana, they increased made-to-order products to over 50%, expanded into U.S. branded merch and creator lines, consolidated six webstores into one live platform, and materially reduced inventory costs and waste.
