The University of Adelaide cuts major review processing time with Katalyst Interactive

The University of Adelaide partnered with Katalyst Interactive to digitize its manual major review process. The challenge was to transform the paper-based submission and approval workflow for postgraduate students into an efficient online system that would reduce administrative burdens and improve the experience for all stakeholders involved.

Katalyst developed the Major Review system using an Agile approach, integrating real-time dashboards and a secure Keycloak identity management solution. This resulted in a dramatic reduction in administration time, transparent process monitoring, and a contemporary experience for students. Following this success, Katalyst Interactive was selected for further projects and invited to join the university's supplier panel.
