The Shooshan Company is the developer of Liberty Center, a large mixed-use campus in Arlington comprising 510,000 sq. ft. of office space and 530,000 sq. ft. of residential space. Faced with the challenge of securing perimeters, garages, elevators and tenant suites across multiple buildings and diverse tenants, Shooshan partnered with Kastle Systems to provide video surveillance and electronic access control.

Kastle Systems deployed its video surveillance and access-control solutions across the four buildings, issuing Kastle access cards to tenants such as BAE Systems, the Office of Naval Research and Westwood College. As a result, Kastle Systems enabled centralized, scalable security and access management — notably, Westwood College now uses Kastle Systems nationwide for one-card global access, allowing a single card to open authorized doors, floors or facilities across the country.
