One Innovative Security Solution for Four Separate Office Buildings

Crayton Advisors, after acquiring four loft office buildings totaling over 500,000 square feet in Chicago’s West Loop and launching the VCollective brand, needed to deploy seamless security and access amenities—keyless/mobile entry, video surveillance, and efficient visitor management—across multiple proximate buildings. To meet this challenge they engaged Kastle Systems and its managed security offerings, including KastlePresence, KastleVideo and KastleFrontOffice.

Kastle Systems implemented a customized, centrally managed platform: KastlePresence for Bluetooth mobile access and in‑app panic alerts, KastleVideo for cloud-based 24x7 monitoring, and KastleFrontOffice for integrated visitor preauthorization with 2D barcode entry. The deployment reduced the need for dedicated security staff at each building, provided continuous monitoring, streamlined visitor flow, and increased tenant satisfaction—helping Crayton Advisors retain and attract tenants across its West Loop properties.
