Kastle Systems and Rise Buildings Partner on Breakthrough Mobile App Integration

Rise Buildings, a proptech platform that manages daily activities and the occupant experience for commercial and residential properties, needed to embed secure, hands‑free mobile access into its tenant app to boost convenience and engagement. To meet that challenge, Rise Buildings partnered with Kastle Systems and adopted Kastle’s mobile Software Development Kit (SDK) to add digital mobile access credential functionality directly into its platform.

Kastle Systems implemented its BLE‑enabled mobile access via the Mobile SDK inside the Rise Buildings app, creating a single app experience that combines secure entry with features like rent payments, package notifications, maintenance requests, visitor access and amenity reservations. The integration strengthened Rise’s offering and encouraged occupant adoption and retention, while leveraging Kastle Systems’ proven access control footprint (protecting more than 2 million people across 10,000+ locations) to deliver a scalable, secure solution for property managers and occupants.
