Cloud Direct, a leading Microsoft partner, was struggling with their previous contact data tool, Lusha, as phone numbers were becoming scarce, data quality was poor, and the platform was sometimes buggy. The sales development team needed more reliable B2B contact data for prospecting and sales automation, especially while working across inbound and outbound sales.
Cloud Direct tested Kaspr using its free version and compared results side by side with their existing tool. Kaspr delivered better success rates, more accurate phone numbers, and useful LinkedIn workflow automation that saved the team around 4–5 hours per week and reduced errors. Cloud Direct also found Kaspr to be about 6x cheaper than renewing their previous package, before later upgrading to Cognism as the team and stakeholder needs grew.
