World-class training delivers 2019 secure future

CyberGuard Technologies, an independent specialist cybersecurity business spun out of OGL Computer Services, needed to move beyond basic, generic services to offer advanced, tailored cybersecurity and to build a Security Operations Center (SOC). To accelerate skills and credibility it partnered with Kaspersky Lab, leveraging Kaspersky Cybersecurity Training, Kaspersky Threat Intelligence and Kaspersky Endpoint Security (including Yara Threat Detection and incident-response training) to underpin its new service portfolio.

Kaspersky Lab helped design and staff the SOC, delivered expert-led training and integrated live threat intelligence and endpoint protection into CyberGuard’s operations. Within 2.5 years CyberGuard Technologies had a 12‑strong SOC and secured multiple new clients — including two FTSE 50 organisations — achieving more consistent service levels, faster threat hunting and measurable business growth.
