Case Study: Qatar Olympic Committee achieves enhanced threat detection and rapid incident response with Kaspersky Lab

A Kaspersky Lab Case Study

Preview of the Qatar Olympic Committee Case Study

Qatar prepares for sporting excellence with Kaspersky

The Qatar Olympic Committee, a semi‑governmental organization of 500+ employees preparing to host more world‑class sporting events, needed to protect its reputation, confidential communications and operations from growing, sophisticated cyberthreats. They partnered with Kaspersky Lab and implemented solutions including Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Business, Kaspersky Anti Targeted Attack Platform (KATA), Kaspersky Private Security Network and Kaspersky CyberTrace to enrich their SIEM and strengthen incident response.

Kaspersky Lab delivered an integrated, end‑to‑end security stack—endpoint protection across workstations and mobile devices, real‑time targeted‑attack detection and sandboxing for the SOC, private threat intelligence feeding the SIEM, plus incident response support. The result: substantially higher detection rates, mitigation of numerous attacks that previous controls missed, faster incident response, improved SIEM effectiveness and a more capable, scalable SOC able to proactively hunt threats and focus on strategic priorities.
