Case Study: NEO (Brazilian customer-experience BPO) achieves robust endpoint protection and LGPD compliance with Kaspersky Lab

A Kaspersky Lab Case Study

Preview of the NEO Case Study

Partnership thrives with trust and confidence

NEO, a São Paulo–based business process outsourcing specialist with more than 16,000 employees, needed to protect its growing digital services and meet Brazil’s LGPD data‑protection rules amid rising cyberattacks. To secure its environment and client work, NEO engaged Kaspersky Lab in 2019 for endpoint protection and subsequently expanded the partnership to include Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Business Advanced, Kaspersky Endpoint Detection and Response Optimum, Kaspersky Hybrid Cloud Security, Kaspersky Sandbox and the broader Kaspersky Optimum Security package.

Kaspersky Lab delivered a layered solution — combining endpoint security, EDR, sandboxing, hybrid‑cloud protection and a maintenance agreement with weekly reviews — that now protects 12,600 NEO endpoints, supports secure cloud migration, automates patching and encryption, and improves threat visibility and response. The deployment has helped guarantee IT availability, support LGPD compliance, save IT team time through automation, and provide proactive defenses (including WannaCry remediation and enhanced remote‑work security during COVID‑19), giving NEO greater confidence in its cybersecurity posture.
