Case Study: 5.25 expands managed IT-security services and boosts profitability with Kaspersky Lab's Endpoint Security Cloud

A Kaspersky Lab Case Study

Preview of the 5.25 Case Study

New Horizons With Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud

5.25, an Astrakhan‑based IT and telecoms vendor and long‑standing Kaspersky Lab partner, evaluated Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud (beta) as it sought to move from general hardware/software sales to specialized, remotely managed IT security services and expand beyond the local market. Facing a rise in IT threats and the need to serve SMBs across multiple locations, 5.25 needed a cloud solution that would let it configure, monitor and deliver security services remotely.

Kaspersky Lab’s Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud provided a cloud‑based control center with fast deployment, simple licensing and preset scenarios (USB blocking, site restrictions, user groups, multi‑device support) that 5.25 could roll out to customers with 20–250 employees. As a result, 5.25 can supply the product immediately, offer outsourced IT security services without extra staff or infrastructure, increase revenue and competitive differentiation, and extend its reach across Russia using Kaspersky Lab’s remote administration capabilities.
