Hands-on experience in security assessment for an enterprise blockchain

Insolar, a Switzerland‑based provider of an enterprise distributed ledger platform for Fortune Global 500 customers, needed an independent security review of its wallet application and ecosystem to ensure regulatory compliance, protect against insider threats and avoid infrastructure availability issues. To achieve that assurance they engaged Kaspersky Lab’s Application Security Assessment as part of its enterprise blockchain security work.

Kaspersky Lab carried out a source code review, blockchain network penetration test and web application penetration test, uncovering and helping Insolar swiftly remediate an issue that could have impacted network infrastructure availability. As a result, Insolar passed the Kaspersky Blockchain Application Security Assessment, strengthened platform reliability and security posture, and gained the confidence to meet the strict requirements of Fortune Global 500 customers.
