JJW Hotels & Resorts, an award‑winning hospitality group operating across Europe and the Middle East, faced insecure servers and workstations, limited visibility into its endpoint security and insufficient control over employee access—issues made more urgent by prior ransomware losses. After inviting proposals, JJW selected Kaspersky Lab and deployed Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Business Select as part of an IT transformation to restore confidence and secure guest and corporate data.

Kaspersky Lab delivered a centrally managed security platform covering 40 properties with 1,500 licenses, giving headquarters and local hotels real‑time visibility, easy policy control and protection for servers, workstations, laptops, tablets and mobile devices (implemented with partner Liderlink Business Solutions). Since the deployment, JJW reports no ransomware incidents, faster reporting and policy management, measurable time and cost savings, and the ability to refocus staff on guest services—allowing plans to extend Kaspersky Lab across the wider group.
