Bricofer, one of Italy’s largest DIY store groups with 62 outlets and more than €100 million in annual turnover, faced outdated, fragmented IT and needed to centralize systems to protect sales, HR and brand data across a geographically dispersed network. IT Manager Vittorio Cimin selected Kaspersky Lab’s security platform — including Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Business Advanced — as part of a wider IT upgrade managed by a trusted partner.

Rome-based partner Atinet implemented a centralized infrastructure built around the Kaspersky Lab platform across headquarters and all stores, providing multi-layered endpoint and server protection, automated vulnerability scanning and patch/updates and a single management console. The Kaspersky Lab solution has already reduced downtime and related costs, lowered the risk of data loss and theft, and freed up management time through automated updates and remote administration, with further benefits expected from planned encryption and mobile device management.
