CARD MRI is the Philippines’ largest microfinance conglomerate (through its IT arm CMIT) that provides microloans, insurance, banking and education to rural communities. Facing rapid growth, regulatory demands, and a desire to move from reactive “firefighter” IT to higher IT maturity, the organization struggled to scale operations, meet compliance and formalize processes across 22 companies.

Working with Kaseya and partner NMI, CARD MRI deployed Kaseya VSA (RMM) and BMS (PSA) and adopted ITIL-based processes to automate device management, patching, security, auditing and service workflows. The solution discovered and onboarded ~1,600 devices (with 700 more planned), closed compliance gaps (no mid-year compliance issues since deployment), improved security response to threats like ransomware, enabled service-level reporting and proactive operations, and boosted efficiency and IT maturity across the group.
