White Retail Group, which provides managed services for Terry White Chemists and medical centres along Australia’s east coast, operated a distributed IT environment of about 600 endpoints across 30 sites. Outsourced support led to inconsistent application versions and slow monthly maintenance—most notably a drug‑database update process that required roughly 3,000 minutes of on‑site work each month and delayed rollouts across sites.

After recruiting an in‑house IT manager, the company deployed Kaseya’s integrated modules (service desk, AV, patch and policy management) to centrally monitor and automate maintenance.
