MSP in a Box Moves from ConnectWise – Switches its Members to BMS by Kaseya
The 20 is an MSP collective that provides a turnkey “MSP in a box” model to help smaller service providers scale; when CEO Tim Conkle found their original PSA (ConnectWise) could not handle growing, multi-tenant demand, the group faced performance slowdowns, limited multi-tenancy, and difficulty migrating multiple member MSPs to a new platform. They needed a tightly integrated PSA and RMM that could centrally manage many independent MSP tenants and streamline shared services like help desk and documentation.
The 20 switched to Kaseya’s re-architected BMS (with VSA and IT Glue integration), and Kaseya built a PSA Migrator to accelerate the transition. The result was true multi-tenancy, centralized management and aggregated service desk capabilities, faster third-party integrations, and automated migration in days—delivering scale, time and cost savings, improved service delivery, and confidence that the platform will evolve with the business.
