Case Study: Babcock achieves streamlined IT management and reduced costs with Kaseya

A Kaseya Case Study

Preview of the Babcock Case Study

Kaseya streamlines IT management atleading engineering support services provider

Babcock, a leading supplier of engineering support services with 38 branches across southern Africa and roughly 700 Microsoft-based machines, found its 13-person IT team consumed by routine maintenance, upgrades and troubleshooting. The reactive, time- and travel-intensive approach left little capacity for proactive IT management and risked escalating operational issues.

Babcock deployed 750 Kaseya licences plus add-on modules to automate patching, discovery, inventory and routine tasks; the solution integrated quickly with its Microsoft environment and was rolled out with minimal effort. Automation freed technicians from onsite visits, reduced travel costs, increased productivity and service consistency, improved network visibility and allowed the IT team to focus on higher-value, proactive work.
