United Technology Group (UTG) is a managed IT services provider for mid-sized enterprises and small businesses that was challenged to support larger customers demanding uptime guarantees and shared risk. UTG’s existing mix of discrete monitoring tools couldn’t deliver the enterprise-grade visibility, reporting and root-cause correlation needed to reliably meet 99.9% SLAs for customers like Benevis, which regularly handles thousands of simultaneous connections.

After an 18-month evaluation UTG selected Kaseya Traverse as the single-pane advanced monitoring platform. Traverse enabled predictive SLA monitoring, custom dashboards and location-based alerting, letting UTG monitor hundreds of devices (652 at Benevis and over 1,600 overall), migrate 50+ customers to its Advanced Infrastructure Monitoring service, reduce on-site escalations, and increase value-based recurring revenue while providing the reports needed to prove SLA compliance.
