Think Concepts, a New Zealand IT and communications provider serving more than 700 pharmacies and other businesses, faced a fragmented toolset and a reactive “break‑fix” model that made training slow, technician workflows inefficient, and customer service inconsistent. The company needed a simple, centralized IT management platform that would automate routine tasks, reduce on‑site visits, and enable proactive support tailored to the regulated pharmacy sector.

Think Concepts adopted Kaseya’s centralized RMM suite—including remote control, patch management, antivirus, disaster recovery and inventory—to standardize and automate operations. The result: staff productivity more than doubled, on‑site visits were greatly reduced, Think Concepts moved to proactive maintenance and new revenue streams, and its managed endpoints grew from about 1,250 to roughly 3,000.
