Pisys.net implemented Kaseya VSA across 2,750 endpoints, using automated patching, machine policies, agent procedures and help-desk alerting. The solution enabled "set-and-forget" management and silent fixes for large batches of machines (1,200–1,300 in one case), reduced engineer workload, sped up remote support, improved reporting for clients and increased overall service responsiveness and reliability.
