Computer Concepts Limited Meets Clients’ Authentication Requirements, Increases Customer Loyalty

Computer Concepts Limited (CCL), a New Zealand managed service provider offering IaaS, faced rising customer concerns about weak and shared passwords and lacked reliable ways to track who accessed client environments. CCL needed a non-disruptive authentication solution it could integrate quickly into its managed services to restore client trust and improve security without adding complexity.

CCL deployed Kaseya AuthAnvil to provide multi-factor authentication integrated with its IaaS platform, enabling seamless onboarding, centralized tracking of logins, and flexible deployment as a managed or on-premise service. The rollout now protects roughly 3,000 users, strengthened customer confidence and loyalty, created an add-on revenue stream, and positions CCL to expand into password management and single sign-on offerings.
