A Kaseya Case Study
Chairo Christian School, a four-campus K–12 school in Victoria, Australia with about 1,300 students and 150 staff, had become highly technology-dependent but struggled to manage desktops, laptops, tablets and mobile apps across multiple sites. IT staff faced growing backlogs for software rollouts, patching and classroom support and were spending significant time travelling between campuses.
Chairo implemented Kaseya’s remote and automated systems-management platform, giving IT a single pane of glass for remote control, automated deployments, Live Connect registry fixes and out-of-hours power-up capabilities. The school now completes more than twice as many jobs, has cut travel and support time, reduced classroom disruption, improved mobile device management and realized substantial time and cost savings while enabling better learning outcomes.
