Hyatt Uses Kasada to Achieve its Purpose of Care

Hyatt, a global hospitality enterprise with 20 premier brands and more than 900 properties in 65 countries, faced escalating automated threats—fake login attempts, credential stuffing and account takeover—that consumed capacity, distorted analytics, and increased operational overhead. To strengthen platform operations and information security, Hyatt evaluated and selected Kasada’s bot mitigation solution.

Kasada was deployed via a proof-of-concept and placed in front of key endpoints to provide invisible, WAF-like bot defenses with low false positives and minimal manual intervention. The implementation foiled unwanted traffic instantly, prevented account takeover attempts, produced cleaner data, reduced friction and latency for real guests, delivered time-to-value in under 30 minutes, and extended Hyatt’s capacity useful life from three to five years—driving rapid cost deferment and measurable operational savings.
