Stone Truck Parts, a locally owned heavy-duty aftermarket truck parts distributor founded in 2003, turned to Karmak after struggling with a “conversion hangover” following its move to Karmak software. The company was having difficulty getting core processes back on track, especially around purchasing and pricing.
Karmak brought in consultant Dave Clark to help Stone Truck Parts stabilize operations, refine pricing, and get more value from the Karmak system.
