S&C Electric faced the challenge of communicating the complex value of its solution for improving electrical grid reliability amidst increasing outages. To address this, they partnered with vendor Kaon Interactive to develop an interactive application for their IntelliTeam® SG Automatic Restoration System.

Kaon implemented a 3D interactive story that brought the solution to life by showing how it rapidly identifies faults, isolates them, and restores power. This application was based on real-world scenarios recorded in a test lab, making the customer experience feel larger than life and effectively conveying the system's complex value.
