Octave Group, a leading global music company based in New York, was processing about 20,000 invoices a year with a small AP team and a largely manual workflow. The company struggled with long invoice cycle times, PO matching, processing errors, repetitive tasks, and inefficient collaboration. To address this, Octave Group used Kanverse.ai and its Kanverse Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) platform.

Kanverse.ai implemented an AI-driven touchless invoice processing workflow that used computer vision, deep learning, machine learning, NLP, and OCR to extract, validate, and route invoice data automatically, including PO and GL code checks against ERP records. As a result, Octave Group achieved 99%–99.5% extraction accuracy, cut AP cycle time from days to seconds, enabled its small AP team to scale more easily, and went live in about one month.
