Thales Digital Factory, part of Thales Group, used Kantree to support HR and recruiting across a complex digital transformation environment. The team needed a more efficient way to manage candidate workflows, onboarding tasks, and access-related requests for employees and contractors, while reducing the large amount of manual email and administrative work involved in the process.

Using Kantree, Thales Digital Factory built flexible recruiting and HR workflows with more than 40 possible actions, from CV intake and interviews to offer acceptance and onboarding preparations. Kantree also enabled request forms for cloud environment access and made bulk employee card creation much faster through the Import feature, cutting the manual creation of 10 cards from several minutes to just a few clicks and delivering significant time savings for the IT and HR teams.
