SharkNinja, maker of the Shark and Ninja housewares brands, was consolidating three data centers into a single production site in Boston with Montreal as DR and a minimal footprint in China. The fully virtualized environment (Hyper‑V, MS SQL, SharePoint, MongoDB) required an IT redesign to improve system performance—particularly for China users—while reducing maintenance and licensing costs.

SharkNinja deployed Kaminario K2 all‑flash arrays (a 50TB K2 and a 60TB K2 Gen6) distributed across two data centers alongside Riverbed WAN optimization.
